Initial Payment

Initial payment for AgedCareIQ Silver Service Issues Report.

• This initial payment is due after the preliminary twenty (20) minute telephone conversation, as part payment of the agreed amount outlined in the letter of engagement, with the remaining agreed amount outstanding until paid separately.
• Initial Payment is due after the initial twenty (20) minute telephone introduction and/or immediately on acceptance of the letter of engagement (whichever comes first). No further work can take place until this Initial Payment is received.
• Once Initial Payment is received, AgedCareIQ can continue to seek further information and work on the tailored Issues Report for your specific circumstances (or that of your loved one), as per the letter of engagement and is non-refundable.
