Issues report – typical process
- Initial discussion – We schedule a time for an initial discussion with you (ideally along with your loved one and/or professional adviser if applicable) typically via 20-30 minute video or telephone call at no cost.
- Engagement – We then agree to an engagement, including terms and agreed price, detailing work to be undertaken to meet your specific needs and agreed price.
- Comprehensive information gathering – Once agreed, AgedCareIQ proceeds with a more comprehensive information gathering process, either electronically or in person, where practical.
- Issues report – A customised Issues Report will be prepared and provided to you, tailored to your specific wants and needs, with suggested next steps by whom and by when.
- Implementation – AgedCareIQ can provide implementation assistance upon request. Additional fees may applicable.
Priced on application per client, subject to your requirements. Prices generally start from $1,500 + GST for simpler circumstances. Additional fees apply for more complex scenarios, urgent assistance, additional expertise and/or support required from AgedCareIQ.
