These sessions will be online or face-to-face and will utilise the resources of our newly launched packages of Information and Checklists to assist those navigating the aged acre maze that can be difficult, time consuming and emotionally exhausting for all involved.
With an ageing population and many of our loved ones living longer, there is an ever-increasing need to help them to stay at home and remain independent or enjoy their twilight years with the care and assistance they richly deserve.
