With extensive experience in education, chartered accounting and licensed financial advice, AccountantsIQ brings over 30 years’ experience to the accountancy profession with a genuine passion for all three areas.  

AccountantsIQ was established in 2014 to support accountants under the then new licensing regime at the time, for firms under an AFSL – limited or full. They have continued to provide thought leadership to many accounting firms as they work through the substantial change the financial advice industry is undergoing, due to regulatory overload and unsustainable cost constraints.  

Whilst we still support accountants who provide licensed financial advice, we now embark on a new and much-needed service to assist all accountants – licensed or not – to help their clients navigate the aged care maze for their loved ones. This can be difficult, time consuming and emotionally exhausting for all involved, but understanding how the system works and gaining appropriate help for a loved one can be a positively life-changing experience for all parties.
